Thereafter, the application form has to be countersigned by Government of Botswana Ministry or Department relevant for the course applied for and forwarded through Ministry of Foreign Affairs to High Commission of India, Pvt. Bag 00249, Gaborone in hard copy along with photocopies (not original) of educational qualifications, certificates of HIV test and other documents along with twp passport size photographs.

Those who are selected for training will be issued visa without payment of fee and provided economy calss air ticket from Gaborone to nearest airport in India, living allowance ranging from Pula 670 - 1072. If there is no hotel facilities at the training institute, the Governemnt of India will pay for subsidized rent towards private accommodation. Training fee will be paid by Government of India to the institutions.
